“Backchat, we’ll be talking about the status of women in Asia, as the recent rape and murder of a young woman in India causes a massive reaction in the country. There is a new generation of women leaders in Thailand, South Korea and perhaps Burma, but problems over issues like education for gorls has also be highlighted by recent events in Pakistan.”
